Space Hulk, a game by Danish developer Full Control set in the Warhammer 40K universe, has been released for Mac and PC, with an iPad released expected later this year. Space Hulk is a turn-based, tactical strategy game that pits the Blood Angel Space Marines against the Genestealers. The game features both a single-player campaign and a multiplayer mode.
The solo campaign is set in the "Sins of Damnation" space hulk, a massive group of lost starships that has been fused together. Looking to restore their lost honor, the Blood Angels are sent to the hulk in order to cleanse it of Genestealers. There are three prequel missions, as well as twelve missions from the board game. Multiplayer pits you against a friend in asynchronous, cross-platform play between Windows and OS X, and when it is released later this year, the iPad.
